This privacy policy applies to the Pulse app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by André Crous (collectively, the "Application"). André Crous is hereby referred to as the "Service Provider".
Pulse is designed to collect as little information as possible. The Application does not require you to create an account, and does not collect your name, email address, or any other directly identifying information through gameplay itself.
Information stored locally on your device:
Pulse stores the following directly on your device, using local device storage:
This information is not transmitted to the Service Provider and stays entirely on your device. It is used solely to let you resume and track your own progress within the Application. If you uninstall the Application or clear its data, this information is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered by the Service Provider, since the Service Provider never had a copy of it.
Information collected automatically by third-party services:
Certain features of the Application rely on third-party SDKs (described in "Third Party Services" below) that may automatically collect limited technical information, such as your device's advertising identifier, approximate IP-based location, device type, and operating system version, in order to serve ads or process purchases. This collection is carried out by those third parties directly, governed by their own privacy policies, and is described in more detail below.
The Application itself does not use cookies. Third-party SDKs integrated into the Application (see "Third Party Services") may use identifiers, SDKs, or similar technologies to support ad delivery or purchase processing. Where required by applicable law, the Service Provider will ensure a consent mechanism is presented before any non-essential tracking technology is activated.
The Application uses the following third-party services, each of which has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data:
Google Play Services — provided by Google, required for baseline Android app distribution and functionality. Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
AdMob (Google) — used to serve optional rewarded video ads (for example, to earn extra lives, hints, or retries within the Application). When you choose to watch a rewarded ad, AdMob may automatically collect advertising identifiers, IP address, device information, and ad interaction data, independent of the Application's own code. Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy How Google uses data from partner apps: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
RevenueCat — used to process and manage in-app purchases (such as coin purchases). RevenueCat may process purchase receipt data and an app-specific, non-identifying user ID in order to validate purchases and manage entitlements on the Service Provider's behalf.
